Sometimes, in order to accomplish our goals, we must take the lead. Taking the lead can take many forms and there are subtle and not so subtle ways to do so. What ways do you lead other towards treating you correctly, become a role model to your respective community members, lead spaces into safer discourse, etc? What does taking lead look like to you?
